[Dixonary] Addresses and identities

In an earlier message you expressed dismay that, after spending hours to craft your new Yahoo! identity just right, your old compuserve.com address was again attached to that identity. You didn't want that, because you plan to give up the compuserve.com address. One of the moderators (Dan? Hugo?) replied don't worry, I will remove the compuserve.com address from your profile. Remember??? Could it be that, at the moment, you are still trying to receive the list via that compuserve.com address? If it's not in your profile anymore then you would indeed not get the list at that address. FWIW, the most recent message you sent to the list (not counting the ones via tapcis.com's vBulletin, going by the headers) was sent from your compuserve.com address (late Saturday night). If you send messages from your compuserve.com addresses, that would explain why moderators added that address to your new profile. If they didn't, they would have to vet each message by hand, with possibly long delays before it shows on the list. HTH --Regards, marijke Yahoo!
