[Dixonary] Setup for TAPCIS.COM

Dan, I will do my best to straighten this out. Part of the problem is that
I am sure I gave two Email addresses to the TAPCIS.COM site! The one that
shows up in my profile there is my CompuServe address, but they have been
sending me Email at my Yahoo address, so that must have been provided as a
backup or something. Pretty soon it will be a full time job just keeping
track of what IDs and passwords I used here and there, and why. I'll need a
database!

I think rather than add more addresses here, I will try to get the
TAPCIS.COM site and Coryphaeus in sync.
