[Dixonary] OT: Email Attachments

I received Email that has 2 attachments. One appears to be an mp4 file
although the file name has spaces. At any rate, I cannot open it, at
least not by double-clicking on it. Probably because my software is not
up to date (I personally am not up to date but I digress).

The other attachment is apparently an html file. But that won't open
either. I get a message saying "clear private data". What private data?
Mine?, the sender's?. Perhaps I should go back to worrying about the
U.S. federal budget or rather the lack of a budget.

The attachments are, I think, photos. They are not important information
such as something I may "already have won" or "your library book is due
in 3 days".
