I'm sure it's not a tree, so I'll stab at 4 and 5.

Re: [Dixonary] Rnd 2990 QUICE TREE - Vote
Good grief - your son's leaving high school! I think I remember (can't be
too sure these days!) that you announced his birth here, and that doesn't seem all that long ago. -- Tim On Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 3:28:42 AM UTC+1, Daniel Widdis wrote: > > 12 for Pride month and 7 for my son’s last day of high school tomorrow as > a “Knight”. > > > -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Dixonary" group. Re: [Dixonary] Rnd 2990 QUICE TREE - Vote
So ... I'm guessing that it's named for someone called Quice, not an obsolete word. That eliminates anything ancient. I think I would have heard of a few of the remaining ones, which eliminates them. Of those that are left, 9 and 10 as random (and probably wrong, but then so is my reasoning) choices..

10 & 11 look like they may be right.
I saw #12 when in Hawaii last winter, and I don’t think that’s what it was called, but my memory isn’t the best. Either way, they were fantastically beautiful. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Dixonary" group.
