Default Keeping in touch...

As Tapcis users leave Compuserve and move out to other systems and information sources, it's still nice to stay in touch. This section is for that purpose: where are you going, where have you been?

Where going --to the TapCis Web Forums, as fast as my little fat fingers will carry me! I'm jiddy with joy to find you here --caught the announcement in Desktop Publishing Forum even before I checked in to CS/TapCis.

Where been? DTP, obviously, almost as good as TapCis for finding out about good programs for graphics and stuff (and having fun); AvSig, occasionally, whiling away the long hours with the e-mails from Arsesq's Usual Suspects list (A. is also known as Anders Sterner to some of us). Supplementing TapCis computer wisdom with the LangaList, one of the many sites Linda Rawson has shared with me.

Dragging out the days trying to keep up with PCis Garden Forum while not gnawing my tongue off about the PCis format.

Elsewhere, still working on the eel article or essay some of you have helped me with, for the Arthur Ransome Society US Newsletter --I'll try to thank you individually on the old forum, and maybe carry on a bit here--

Listening, entranced, to Ezra Sims' microtonal music --a type of microtonal music I'd never even heard of until recently, which has totally knocked me for a loop with its amazing combinations of tones and its expressiveness and drive.
