Default [Dixonary] Round 3124, OXER

Thanks, Shani! (I think.)

The drawing from which a tapestry is made is a cartoon, not to be confused with the Peanuts or Far Side kind. I thought the resemblance might draw a few votes. Guess it did.

The new word, barring too many DQs, is:

************************
OXER
************************
where capitalization has no significance.

Please send your invented definition of OXER to emallach at verizon dot net by 10:30 pm US EST on Thurs., Dec. 3, 37+ hours from now. Don't Reply to this message without changing your reply's To field, or you'll send your fake to the whole group.

If you know what OXER means, please let me know ASAP the same way. If enough people know it, I'll find another word. (Before someone asks: OXER is not related to OXTER, the Scots word for an armpit, which was dealt in Round 110.)

According to timeanddate.com <http://timeanddate.com/>, the deadline is:

and other times in other places. You might want to confirm any conversion that affects you. That site's good, but nobody's perfect.

I expect votes to be due sometime Saturday afternoon in the eastern U.S., and so on.

New players are welcome, as are old ones who've been quiet for a while. Just send me a definition that you invented without looking up the word. Full rules at http://www.dixonary.net/game-rules-and-advice/rules <http://www.dixonary.net/game-rules-and-advice/rules>.

Happy defining, and stay safe -

Efrem
