Default [Dixonary] Round 2991 GARTIE Results

We have a tie for first place between Debbie Embler (the shoe agreement)
and Efrem Mallach (the garter flash) who both got 5 votes. Efrem is ahead
in the rolling scores, so he takes the deal for round 2992, while Debbie
can relax as the real winner. Three people guessed correctly that a GARTIE
is an old word for a ransom for felony - I left out the '?' which the OED
gives it.

Take it away, Efrem!
