Actually it seems to be a Google problem because I get the same runaround when I try to sign into my Google account using the any address I have on file with Google. I set up an account for my husband so he could have an email address instead of piggybacking on our son's aol account, which is a nuisance for all of us, but he can't figure it out and has never used it. I can sign in to "my" account which shows up with his name on it, and so far I haven't been able to delete his account or gmail address. If anyone here knows anything about ANY of that I'd love to hear it. I've tried everything I've found on the Web but nothing works so far.
