half a dozen messages since it came into existence.

I have a question, and I recalled this same group having a similar
discussion after 9/11, so I thought I'd ask:

What is the best relief agency to which to send donations this time, in
your opinion?

That question is being discussed in other threads in other sections, and my own view is (1) the American Red Cross (because of the scope of what it undertakes to do) and (2) the Salvation Army (because it does what it does with such caring and heart).
