Numbers 11 and 16 sound plausible to me.
11. a strong ale made from countryside fruits.
16. stamp a diamond pattern into a metal surface to provide a non-slip
grip.

I'd like to vote for #5 and #6 (unless I've already voted and can't find it) Thanks.

These all sound dead implausible to me. I vote for 7 and 19 but I don't
believe any of them.
I'm not going to suggest that Tim left out the real def by accident, because
I know he is using Coryphæus, so that is impossible. But it does look that
way.

take the two in the middle - #10 and #11 please

I didn't know there was a desert in Yorkshire, much less that it could somehow
be "served". And a fermented beverage made from fruit would be a wine, never
an ale. So most likely the real def is one of those.
Meanwhile, I'll waste my votes on 8 and 10:

My votes go to:
8. an irregular fold, crease or wrinkle.
and
14. (colloq.) an unwell feeling, esp. in the head; a moody depression.

I'll have 1 for its brevity and 10 because there's a word for every
bit of a horse so why not this bit.
