The next dealer is not Steve Graham at number 7. Instead the honour
goes to Chris Carson with his Socratic method.

The dealer was doing well until a late vote spoiled his chance for a
D0. Johnny Barrs recognised it as sycophantic, which is a long way
from the Greek root meaning a jaw.

Details are a bit late as I had to do some manual editing which may
explain the uneven spacing.
