Here are 16 definitions, one of which came from my dictionary.

4: deeply shaded or secluded
5: a demon of Norse mythology
6: (N.W. Eng. Dial.) a daffodil
7: a maker of protective talismans
8: petroleum residue after distillation
9: a knee-length tunic worn beneath chain mail
10: an Anglo-Saxon rune with an unclear meaning
11: a Hindu feast day devoted to the deity Vishnu
12: land that is in agricultural production [L. arvum]
13: a small crossbow used by mounted soldiers of the Mongol Empire
14: an ancient Celtic stringed instrument that was bowed or plucked
15: the knot used for tying calves in the rodeo event of calf roping
16: a knotted headdress used as a sign of engagement or betrothal of a
young girl [Mongolic _'rvet_ to betroth]
