We didn't have to refer to the rules, unearth figures from prior rounds,
engage in any complex calculations. We have a clear, unambiguous winner!

Da next dealah, whose clotty blood, sour cream, and prose (#14) attracted
the votes of six fellow players, is Nancy Shepherdson.

"Real" winners, with four points apiece, are John Barrs (#13) and Scott
Crom (#8), with naturals, and Toni Savage (#4), one of the three players
who zeroed in on the real def (#9).

Wayne Scott's def, which was virtually identical to the real one, was
combined with it.

Now I know why I couldn't find my definition.

My votes were not counted. Which is too bad, because, as a result, these two definitions received votes, where it's shown in the scores that they did not.

I replied in the thick of the biggest pack of "vote replies" under the name "chm" - you can see it on the board here. A copy 'n' paste of it is below:

My votes:

2. ambiguous.

Why? Because the "i" is left out, otherwise it would be "clarity", which is pretty much the opposite of "ambiguous." Or something like that.

16. jazz, folk, or country music played by performers who use
unconventional instruments such as kazoos, washboards, or jugs,
sometimes in combination with conventional instruments.

Why? Because I like it (to paraphase Mister Rogers). It sounds like a great, fun idea! Can I join the clarty band?

I don't care for my sake, but I feel kinda bad for the two players who didn't receive my votes.

Just an FYI.
