We didn't have to refer to the rules, unearth figures from prior rounds,
engage in any complex calculations. We have a clear, unambiguous winner!
Da next dealah, whose clotty blood, sour cream, and prose (#14) attracted
the votes of six fellow players, is Nancy Shepherdson.
"Real" winners, with four points apiece, are John Barrs (#13) and Scott
Crom (#8), with naturals, and Toni Savage (#4), one of the three players
who zeroed in on the real def (#9).
Wayne Scott's def, which was virtually identical to the real one, was
combined with it.
