I agree with Hugo. This clearly covers the situation. And it's a D1 rather
than a D2 for the dealer, IMO.

I believe that's only if there is no applicable rule, isn't it? In this
case, there seems to be a rule.

I believe that's only if there is no applicable rule, isn't it? In this
