The dealer fates have found me of course so I'm struggling here with a
dial-up connection and a laptop that doesn't have my usual dealing
tools, so please bear with me.
The good news is I have had no DQ so far, and plausible private
definitions from Carson, Lodge, Madnick, Stevens, Savage, Weltz (plus
his nice public one), Widdis, Cunningham, Shepherdson and TimB.
The deadline is about 11 hours from now and I hope to be able to post
the definitions fairly soon after that. If the worst happens I may beg
your indlugence for an extension.
