Sorry for the delay, folks!

And thanks to whoever picked up my earlier message from the tapcis.com
site and distributed it to the players. I'm finally back in business,
able to again get items to and from my e-mail box. And the broadband
connection seems to be holding . . .

The word for this round is: MANAKIN. Yes, the spelling is correct.

I need to receive your lexicographic lovelies no later than Saturday, 17
July, 8 a.m. eastern US time--crack of dawn for our Far West, early
afternoon for the folks in the UK and the Netherlands, around 10 p.m. (I
think) for our Oz contingent. Send them, as usual, by e-mail, NOT by
reply to this public message.

Should there be newbies receiving this posting: DON'T look up the word.
If you know the meaning, e-mail me instantly (if enough people do, I'll
choose a new word). Else, make up a definition calculated to fool others
into supposing it's from a dictionary and send it to my e-mail address
(DON'T just hit reply!). Then wait to see the posted list of defs after
the deadline.
