apple quicktime 7.6.6 released this past week
apple safari and itunes have updates too, but I don't use those programs.
I think I used the quicktime applet in the Win XP control panel to update.
I think Secunia PSI alerted me to update. But often I prefer to use the vendor software already installed on my PC to do the actual updating , instead of the download pointers supplied by Secunia.
