For those who are interested, Waqf actually can have somewhat broader
meanings, such as the trust itself. For example, you will commonly read in news
accounts that "the waqf" administers the area of the Temple Mount in
Jerusalem.

Yes, Dodi, he did vote on time, but the deadline was 9 and his message
is stamped 8:49, which by my math is not "more than an hour" before the
deadline <g>. The message was not in my inbox at the time I posted the
results, and I forgot that I should visit tapcis.com and the group
itself before posting results.

Somehow, I had it in my head at that moment that the deadline had been
10 o'clock. It's been a confusing week. And it's only Monday. :-o
