Sorry for the slight delay in posting...I was on the road. Here are
17 creative definitions for your voting pleasure. Please vote for 2
by 11 p.m. Central Time on Saturday Feb. 20, about 30 hours from now.
I may be a little late posting the results, too. I am supposed to
help out at a Casino Night for a local charity for disabled women.

1. A tax, especially the salt tax imposed in France before 1790.

2. Having rounded corners.

3. Small ring-shaped pasta.

4. A storm.

5. A short march played on the arrival of a visiting dignitary.

6. A bulge or ridge at the base of a stamen.

I'm kinda torn but inclined, sort of, to plants and aeronautics. Guess I'll take a big chance and go with:
