View Full Version : [Dixonary] Round 2071--PALUDAL results

Scott Crom

Interestingly, the winner of this round, and dealer for the next,
is the one submitter who didn't cast a vote. Toni Savage's
definition of PALUDAL as the soil delta (#4) earned her 4 natural
points. The "real" winner is Mike Shefler whose malarial
definition (#14) combined with guessing the right answer (#8,
pertaining to marshes) earned him a mixed 4 points. For that
matter, the dealer (with the aid of Mr. Webster) also earned 4
points. I'm awarding two dealer points to Judy Madnick, because I
mislaid her definition.

It's in your court, Toni!

Actually, I logged a vote from Toni cast for defs 6 and 15. It hit my
in box yesterday (1/9) at 10:11 am. I've had too much of a drought of
votes lately to let one get away.

Uh, Scott (Mike, please note for the rolling scores), both Johnny Barrs
and I got shortchanged, I'm afraid. You seem to have omitted Tim
Bourne's votes, which were for #9 (my def) and Johnny's (#15).

Scott

The first vote to hit my inbox was from Toni and the second was from Tim B
-- both voted for me (which was why I noticed them)

Toni voted #6 and #15
Tim voted #9 and #15
