I am getting virtually no spam in my classic mailbox, but the filtering is blocking too much (a business associate in Belgium, one of my banks).

I spoke with a support person in India who said as a classic member, I have no control over the filtering.

Is this true?

Chris

There are some folks in the Classic Support Forum (http://community.compuserve.com/n/pfx/forum.aspx?webtag=ws-cssoftware) who can probably help you (or at least give you a for-sure answer).

Chris, Yes, this is true. However, post to Gary on the CIS Board that Judy steered you to and he might help you with the CIS Postmaster.

...the filtering is blocking too much...
Hard to judge why with so little information.

FWIW, I once configured one of my own servers to block all mail from Belgian servers due to the volume of spam (and the lack of Belgian correspondents).

Follow Judy's advice.
