Find below 19 definitions of chabouk, one of which comes from a dictionary.

Gosh, it could be any of these (except for mine of course -- LOL!).

I'll go with the headdress "stuff":

Lots of possibilities here. I've narrowed it to four, from which
I've probably chosen the wrong two, but I'll go with:

and

8 and 9 -- though I must confess I did not know of "chibouk" before. I
thought it was the biography of Mayor Daley.
