Guerri, we walked all around that rambling venerable building and it's
grounds but didn't notice any spa. We had a very lovely dinner with a
great view out those gigantic pucture windows looking out at the
mountains. Regards, Len

The spa is a new addition to the building. I am trying to mentally
orient myself ... the room we usually have faces out toward the lake
side of the building. The upper dining room has windows facing the
mountains, as you noticed. Facing the mountains, the spa addition would
be at the far left end of the building (opposite end from the dining
room). You might not have recognized it as such. Supposedly it was to
open in July or August. There would be an indoor pool, the spa
facilities, exercise areas, and presumably space for things such as
yoga, tai chi, and qi qong, which they offer.

If you didn't see the spa, I think you should immediately go back. And
since you obviously will need assistance, just let me know and I'll meet
you there <g>. Judy can come too.

I forgot to mention I also like their butter pecan ice cream. And their
other food as well. The buffets are DANGEROUS! The first time we went
there, we went during the day, and walked in on the trails. We had lunch
(a buffet), and afterwards, I wasn't sure I could walk out.

Did you climb up to the tower?
