No shortage of correct guesses this time around, as well as a surprising
number of folks who were drawn in by a fake definition which closely
resembled the real one but didn't actually convey the same meaning.

As calculated by Dixomatic, the results are as follows:

The next deal is for Mike Shefler with 7 natural points

1: that portion of the oceans below which no light penetrates (i.e.
depths > ~1,000 meters)
Voted for by: Judy Madnick, Dave Cunningham, Tony Abell, Dodi Schultz,
Scott Crom, Millie Morgan, Nancy Shepherdson
FROM Mike Shefler who DQ'ed, and scores 7 + 0 = 7

2: _Gr. Antiq._ A vase or flask with a narrow neck, chiefly used in
funeral rites
Voted for by: Tim Lodge, Dan Widdis
FROM Paul Keating who voted *7* and 12, and scores 2 + 2 = 4*

3: a rural Greek dwelling including accommodation for domestic livestock
Voted for by: Scott Crom
FROM Tim Bourne who voted 5 and 12, and scores 1 + 0 = 1

4: dense scrub characteristic of certain arid regions of Eastern Patagonia
Voted for by nobody
FROM Tim Lodge who voted 2 and 12, and scores 0 + 0 = 0

5: followers of the utilitarianism proposed by Jeremy Bentham (d.1832)
[singular benthamite]
Voted for by: Tim Bourne
FROM Johnny Barrs who DQ'ed, and scores 1 + 0 = 1

6: an anticlimax

Unfortunately, I must decline the honor, as I am leaving for Japan early Tuesday morning and will not have regular internet access there. So I guess that makes Dodi the next dealer. Sorry, Dodi, I'll make it up to you sometime.
