Here are 19 definitions, only one of which is real. Vote for TWO
definitions, as a public forum message (in reply to this one), before
the deadline which is Saturday, August 22 at:

4:30 p.m. EDT
1:30 p.m. PDT
9:30 p.m. BST
8:30 p.m. UCT

New players are welcome, even if you didn't enter a definition this

1: _Obs._ softness.

2: quickness; speed

3: youthful exuberance

4: state of being pug-nosed.

5: 1. Flexibility. 2. Satisfaction.

6: A winding channel, passage, or crevice.

7: seaworthiness, esp. of a sailing vessel.

8: free from obscurity and easy to understand.

9: [obs.] a condition of smoothness to the touch.

10: the state of acting or appearing like a young animal.

11: a wish or inclination not strong enough to lead to action.

12: a sense of disconnect between oneself and one's surroundings

13: An act or gesture believed to ward off evil or bring good luck.

14: the sound of laughter echoing round a valley [Mary Shelley:
Frankenstein]

15: the act of resigning from political office before the term of office
is completed.

16: in yacht racing, a standard of power potential based on sail measure
and windspeed.

17: a measure of the quality of parchment, based on thickness, color and
ability to absorb and hold ink.

18: That portion of the purchase price of a business enterprise which
represents its so-called good will or a ontinuing customer base.

19: suppleness, flexibility, elasticity; _spec._ (of an artist's model)

15 made me laugh out loud, but I think I'll throw my votes at 11 and 16, just

There are only 3 defs not voted for. If there were two missing I would vote
for them so as to give Guerri a full set.
