Tim Lodge

I'm a bit late posting these because I've been watching a documentary
on living with Alzheimer's presented by Terry Pratchett - it was
fascinating.

Here are 18 carefully crafted definitions of the word WHAME, only one
of which is from my dictionary. Vote for TWO definitions, as a public
forum message (in reply to this one), before the deadline:

09:00 UTC on Friday, 6th February
4:00 AM EST
1:00 AM PST

New players are welcome, even if you didn't enter a definition this
round. Don't look in a dictionary. Full rules, if you're curious, are
at http://tinyurl.com/4m6ger

4 and 17 look like inventions of similar thinking minds so one is either
true or neither are. Avoiding that kind of conundrum I have been bouncing
around the defs like a gadfly and I love the idea of an haha to hide the
lower classes so I'll go for those two

That's #2 and #15 please.

Tim -

A nice collection. I'll go for:

6: [obs] to yearn for.

and

12: series of vertical cords to receive warp-thread.

although I like the ditch almost as much as either of the above.

Thanks,

Chuck
