If you go to the Colorado Secretary of State's site, and then go to "Verify Voter Registration Information Online", and then give it your name, zip and birthday, it returns your registration record in part like this:

Permanent Mail-In Ballot: Y

General Election 2008 Ballot Received

The SoS has my mail-in ballot. Put that in a machine and smoke it.
