I still don't trust the bast^H^H beancounters. It was CIS' normal SNAFU, but I do not believe it was an accident.

Incompetence so complete that the poor proxies in Bombay insisted that my account was (suddenly) pre-pay. Now where did they get that idea? GRRRRR

once, quite a while ago, had actually one of those 'poor proxys'
in india on line who, after getting frustrated enough with me,
actually talked. along the line, we got a database and instructions
what to answer two years ago, they have never been updated.
now if we have a request from our side, we get absolutely no
response. so what do you want me to answer?

who really is the poor one here? they get 10c per call answered.
how dedicated would i be, there?
