I was sitting in the dentist's chair, doped up on Nitrous Oxide and
novacaine, with cotton rolls packed in my cheeks, when suddenly an icey-
hot bolt of lightning ran from my molar all the way to my toes. I think
that's the word I said.

It must have been a word, because the dentist understood it and gave me
another hit off the bong. I don't remember much else except the white
rabbit, the caterpillar, and the Cheshire cat.
