Hi all --

Well, if the OED could be the dealer, it would be. It's localized
heron gathered five votes, the top vote-getter.

Three of you followed at four votes each. The new dealer, with his
"late"-submitted delta definition is Chuck Emery with 4 natural
points. I must be psychic...I predicted that would get him the deal.

Real winners are Jim Hart, who also had 4 natural but is behing in
rolling scores, with his rope and Dave Cunninham with 4 unnatural.

Many other players also garnered points as there was a bit of
confusion about what part of speech this was. (Not enough confusion,
but some.)

So here are your results, which I'm hoping are correct after all the
problems with this round.

Take it away, Chuck!

And I haven't even received the results yet! OTOH, I don't think I *want* to see the results. My track record lately is just awful!
