It's now noon Saturday here in the Big Drenched Apple, ten hours before the
deadline for submitting fake definitions in this round.
The word, again, is HASLET.
As of now, I have in hand devilishly clever lexicographical concoctions
from: John Barrs, Tim Bourne, Chris Carson, Chuck Emery, Paul Keating, Judy
Madnick, Wayne Scott, Nancy Shepherdson, Guerri Stevens, Dick Weltz.
If your name's not on that list, either you haven't yet dispatched your def
or it somehow lost its way between your computer and my mailbox and you
need to scare it up and send it again.
The deadline is still 10 p.m. today, New York time.
