Here they are then - 15 hand-crafted definitions of GINGYMATE plus a
real one from my dictionary. Vote for TWO definitions, as a public
forum message (in reply to this one), before the deadline:

1: tallow waste.

2: to form a hinge.

3: an odd or unexpected partner.

4: hen guinea-fowl [Norfolk dial]

5: having a blistered appearance.

6: a large wood auger with a metal tip.

7: a skin disease affecting the eyelids.

8: [Aus.] a large backpack or duffel bag.

9: loose outer garment worn by ancient Greeks.

10: the concave underside of the body of a jellyfish.

11: to react to a bad taste or odor by protruding the tongue.

12: one of the peptides found in ginger (Zingiber officinale).

13: a native South African personal attendant to an English landowner.

14: [_Austral._] a partner or crony in petty crime and small-time con
games.

15: a carbonated beverage flavored with ginger and lemon. [Orig. a
trademark.]

16: a dark brown, black, or green mineral of the amphibole group
consisting of a hydroxyl alumino-silicate of calcium, magnesium, and
iron, occurring in many igneous and metamorphic rocks.
