Guerri, you've explained to me how a listserv works. I know how a listserv
works. I've been on several other lists for a long time.

No one else seems to have trouble seeing my messages. E.g., when I dealt
the last round, everybody saw the word. Everybody saw the defs and was able
to vote, within a normal deadline--including you.

The problem you've been experiencing appears to involve messages posted by
John (which are, as he has explained, posted to the Yahoo/Cory list).

Dodi, I have no trouble seeing your messages. The problem that I and
others have is that because you aren't putting the "Re:" ahead of the
subject when you *reply* to a message here, your replies always start a
brand new thread.

I believe that a TAPCIS macro could be created to handle the insertion
of the "Re:" in the subject of your replies and I offered to create a
macro for you. The offer still stands.

As Dan mentioned earlier, the "Re:" is a courtesy to those who
participate using something other than CompuServe Email with TAPCIS just
as signing our messages is a courtesy to those who do use CompuServe
Email with TAPCIS.

It's not a big deal. Normally the threading isn't essential, at least to
me, but when I was trying to figure out what messages of John's were
missing, it would have been easier if the whole discussion in which
those messages occurred had been a single thread.
