Private Messages

Did something break with the private messages? I rarely use these, but now, it is showing that I have 3 of 0 messages allowed. I cannot send nor reply to any of the messages I have. Also, the link in the upper right hand side of the screen to private messages is gone.

FWIW, how about: log out, clear all cookies, log back in.
