None of the terms in Chuck's message were acronyms.

I did try the Oxford Dictionary of Abbreviations, which has no explanation
of numbers-only terms such as "70-220" and as to the others, says that
"MCP" is either Master of City Planning in the US (but Chuck's in Canada)
or Member of Colonial Parliament; "MCSE", "MCSA", and "MCDBA" are not
listed.

Whether acronyms or abbreviations, the site I quoted is less pedantic than to know the difference and it did find all of them -- of
course there were multiple answers for some of then but there was one common element in the first letter that enabled one to be
fairly sure which ones to choose.

Did John send his message to you via the group? I ask, because I don't
see it.
