I found it! Bob Stone voted for 1 and 13. For some reason in Cory there was a notation that there were votes for 1 and 13 . . . but without Bob's name. And the votes weren't included in the totals. I know that makes no sense because I don't seem to be able to make that happen again, but at least I found the error.

So Dodi and Tim Bourne each get one more vote.
