Says Judy to John:

>> I sent text-only also, and as far as I know, everyone is receiving
>> my messages. I wonder what you're doing that I'm not -- or vice
>> versa? <G>

Yep, got your def. No problem.

But then I also got John's a few rounds ago. ;-)

P.S.: Just before sending this off, got a def from John sent from his CIS
account. Apparently he now cannot send plaintext from his ntlworld
account--although Tim Bourne can.

Its not the ntlworld account it is the email software I use and compuserve that you use with TAPCIS or OZWIN

- I am caught with an American keyboard on a lap-top.

I can arrange it so that the keyboard is usable to me as a programmer - and then I apparently send plain text as an attachment (I
have checked by sending to Ozwin, the attachment contains no html code)

or I can have a keyboard which will send plain text but doesn't have two of the keys essential to a programmer

So, once my compuserve account dies (I don't pay for it) then I may have to investigate some other way of sending to you privately

Dodi,

Test - I'm trying another setting for the keyboard - please tell me if you get this 'directly' as well as via the group
