[Dixonary] Round 1806: REFLET progress

At 0730 UTC on Saturday I have definitions from the
following specifically for REFLET:

Johnny Barrs, Chris Carson, Scott Crom, Dave Cunningham,
Bill Hirst, Tim Lodge, Judy Madnick, Toni Savage, Wayne
Scott, Suzanne Selby, Mike Shefler, Guerri Stevens, Dan
Widdis.

In addition I have POOKA definitions from Tony Abell and
Nancy Shepherdson that will be used unless a replacement
arrives.
