Is there something I am missing about editing a page? I press the Edit
this page button but all I get is a blank screen. I see all my
"changes" are available, even one that resulted from pressing the
"Cancel all changes" button. But I haven't actually been able to
change anything.

Your versions are there, but you have to click "make this version the
current version". Which I did for your latest edit, #9.

No, that wasn't it. I couldn't see anything to change, so "make this
version the current version" just showed an unchanged copy. But I've
worked it out now. The editor works in IE but not in Thunderbird (or
not with my Thunderbird settings.)

You can edit pages in Thunderbird? I thought that was an email client.

And I edited the page in Firefox 2, my preferred browser.

I meant Firefox. I think of them as being part of a suite.

Paul

I have just edited the "Used Word List" page telling you what I did
after hitting the 'Edit This Page Button" (except that I did 'save and
publish' and skipped 'tell group' )

All I'm saying is that in my version of/settings for Firefox the edit screen
is completely blank. I have to use IE to edit the page.
