Toni: You guys are getting drowned, and we're about to dry up and blow
away. We've had less than 7" of rain in the past year! The mountains just a
couple of miles from my house are dry and covered with fuel. I don't think
I'm in real danger of fire, but a forest fire in those mountains could be
devastating. You have more water in your basement than I've had on my 2
acre lot!
