Nothing like making the same stupid mistake twice in a row...

Again, I failed to check, and now find that EMMET was dealt by
Chris Carson in Round 1354, although not played.

So, after checking carefully, and hoping that third time's the
charm, I offer:

The word for Round 1788 is

*******************
* *
* C L O G W Y N *
* *
*******************

or just plain clogwyn, if you prefer. Capitalization is
irrelevant.

Please make up a fictitious definition that you think will get
points from the other players for whatever reason (plausibility,
creativity, etymology,...).

If you already know the word, please let me know by private
e-mail as soon as possible. If there are too many who know it,
I'll pick a different word. If you do know the word, you are
disqualified from voting, but you may will submit a definition to
fool others.

The deadline for submitting definitions to me (via private
e-mail, of course) is about 35 hours from now, i.e.:

2000 hours, aka 8:00 pm EST, Tuesday evening, February 27.
1700 5:00 pm Pacific time
Those of you in other time zones, please figure out your own
deadlines.

Newcomers to the game are always welcome. Full rules are
available in the files section on the Coryphaeus Yahoo group.

Just in case it doesn't show up in the header on your copy of
this message, my e-mail address is croms (AT) beloit (DOT) edu

Enjoy!
