My friend Annie sent me this link:

http://www.bushokje.org/

to a webcam placed at a bus stop in a city (Oegstgeest) in Holland.

I've been having fun with it in a separate window, peeking when slow pages load or when "thinking."

Annie has a page of her own, and a cascade of Dutch links with it:

http://www.geocities.com/dickandannie/

The bus site is all in Dutch, but don't believe all you hear about what a difficult language Dutch is.

Ja, zat bug in code.

Frequently when hanging out in some of the IRC chatrooms the conversation would switch to Dutch and I rarely had a problem following the conversation. Given how much of early Dutch and Plaat-Duetsch was incorporated into the early English language this shouldn't be much of a surprise. Actually, I find Dutch far easier than Hoch-Duetsch!
