I was afraid I was going to get too many votes with that yelmen. For
those who haven't looked it up already, a yelmen is a wider section of
the sword blade near the tip. Anyway, unless I get a bunch of DQs, the
next woid is:

* ********
* * ORGLE
* ********

Get your fake definitions to me before 2300 Sunday EST, earlier in
California, later in Europe, Africa and Asia. As always, don't look up
the word yet. We'll know if you do.

For some totally useless reason, this remake of a poem jumped into my (vacant) head:

Men never make passes

at girls in madrassas.

ORGLE: A search engine used by surgeons. The most popular keyword is
'scalpel'.

To wash one's mouth after an orgy.

Nad, obviously.

Man is the best computer we can put aboard a spacecraft and the only one
that can be mass produced with unskilled labor.

Anybody who's getting e-mail bounce, my current address is "billhirst
[spiral symbol] bellsouth [period] net". (remove all the extra spaces
and make the other obvious changes.)
