The original results posting was sent to Yahoo yesterday afternoon
UTC, but seems to be caught up in the backlog. Here is a respoting of
that message:

To: coryphaeus (AT) yahoogroups (DOT) com
Subject: Round 1779 MATRASS - results
From: Tim Bourne <timbourne (AT) talktalk (DOT) net>

This was an easy round, though until close to the end I
thought the dictionary would win. I'm a little concerned
that I have no vote from three of those who submitted
definitions, though I waited an hour after the deadline and
checked both the Yahoo group and the TAPCIS forum. I have
included what Toni said she thought she voted!

The next deal goes to Bill Hirst's scimitar, not to mention
its pronounced yelmen, with 5 natural points. Real winner
is Bob Stone's Indian soldier with 4 points, tying with the
dictionary.

That's 6 consecutive rounds in which I've scored 1 point! If I'm not good,
at least I'm consistent.

Looked at both groups for this post earlier today. Thank you for reposting it.
I see it put me in the top slot of the rolling scores, so I had best do badly in this next round or I may get the deal again.
