Not to people receiving email at tapcis.com. Guerri posted a few days ago,
and I should have investigated earlier that the Parlor email address, also
at tapcis.com, was "Hard Bouncing."

The problem, whatever it was, appears to have been temporary, but that
doesn't seem to matter to Yahoo! It takes manual action on the subscriber's
part to turn delivery back on.
