Huh? I'm sorry, John; that doesn't make sense to me.
You originally said you would award DP to Russ and Wayne (who submitted
defs) "as though" they had voted for the real def.
You now say that you'll award DP to ANYONE (whether they submitted defs or
not) "as though" they had voted for the real def.
But to award DP to those who might have had their defs voted for, that's
wrong?
One "as though" is okay but another isn't?
