Wow! I really sympathize! I broke mine just AT the shoulder, and they had to replace part of it with metal! Never been the same since.

You might want to try sleeping in a rocker-recliner or recliner-type chair if you have one. That will help a LOT with the desire to turn over when you shouldn't.

Thanks, Judy. We don't have a recliner or rocker, although we've talked
about getting the latter for our porch. But we'd want a wooden one, and
for sleeping, I'd want something soft. Then again, pads could be purchased.
