Avatar problem

I had problems when trying to upload my avatar. Although I was using the same JPEG as I have in two other online forums - one vBulletin and one phpBB, the software here said it wasn't a proper JPG, GIF or PNG file. When I resaved it out of Photoshop as PNG, the software recognised it.

Thanks for letting us know, Ann. I am at a total loss to know why that might have been a problem. I looked at the board options and don't see anything that could be the issue...

Pretty please. It's going to take a while before we all learn all the settings, both system wide and personal!
