I've corrected the subject line (it was round 1767).

And you were right the first time: The new dealer is Chris Carson (so, per
his note, we'll wait a few hours for the posting of the next word), and the
"real winner" is Toni.
I don't know why the confusion; I thought--as Dan explained--that the rules
were clear. And Mike has long since posted the rolling scores through Round
1766 (they arrived in my mailbox Monday evening, which would have been very
early Tuesday morning your time).
