Guerri, yes, you CAN set up a custom keyboard in WP 5.1, and I did so early
on; the Ctrl macros are essentially part of that. I also have a full set of
the standard Alt macros. And a nifty little extra program called MAlt that
uses the Caps Lock key, for still more...
